Email support@makerflow.in. Please write from the email address you use to sign in to MakerFlow, so we can find your account.

A few details let us help without going back and forth:

• The email address on your MakerFlow account.
• What you were doing, and what happened instead of what you expected.
• Screenshots of the problem or of any error message, if you can.
• The address (URL) of the page you were on.

Never send us your password. We will not ask for it.

You can change your name and most of your profile in Settings once you are signed in. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If you still cannot sign in, or a verification or password-reset email does not arrive, email us from the address on the account.

Your connected accounts are listed under Channels in the app, where you can connect, reconnect or disconnect them. If a channel stops updating or MakerFlow asks you to reconnect it, reconnecting there usually fixes it. If it does not, tell us which platform and which account.

MakerFlow can publish videos directly to YouTube from the Publishing desk. Dates in the planner are an editorial plan: they do not post anything on their own. If a release shows as failed or needing review, the release page says what to do next; if you are unsure, email us before trying again so a video is not posted twice.

There is no self-service button to delete your account or download your data yet. Email support@makerflow.in from the address on your account and say what you want deleted; we may ask you to confirm your identity first. After a verified request we delete your personal data within 30 days from a verified request, except records the law requires us to keep. The Privacy Policy has the details, and the Terms of Service cover the rest.
