Agreement and eligibility
MakerFlow is an unregistered sole proprietorship operated by Prateek Singh, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (“MakerFlow”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using MakerFlow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract under Indian law. If you use MakerFlow for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these terms.
The service
MakerFlow provides tools for creators: planning and organising content, analytics from the social accounts you connect, AI assistance, business records such as brand deals and invoices, and a public profile, media kit and creator directory. Which features you can use depends on your plan. We may add, change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@makerflow.in if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
- One account is for one person or one business. Do not share it to avoid plan limits.
Plans, credits and payment
MakerFlow has a Free plan and paid plans, priced in Indian rupees (INR) on the pricing page. Each plan sets limits, such as the number of social accounts you can connect and a monthly allowance of AI credits.
- AI credits are used when you use AI features. The allowance applies to each billing period; unused credits do not carry over to the next period.
- Paid plans are not yet open for purchase. Until payments are enabled, nothing is charged. When they are, the price and billing period will be shown to you before you pay.
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time. How cancellation and refunds work is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- We may change prices for future periods, with notice before the change applies to you.
Connected social accounts
You can connect YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and X accounts. You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage each account you connect, and that you will follow that platform’s own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service for YouTube features. MakerFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. What data is available, and for how long, is controlled by them and can change.
You can disconnect an account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what that does to your data. If you publish content through MakerFlow, you are responsible for that content and for having the rights to publish it.
Your content
You own the content you create or upload to MakerFlow. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including showing public pages you choose to publish and sending content to the platforms and AI providers you ask us to use. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to backup copies and legal requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your content. You promise you have the rights to it and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- publish false, misleading, hateful, harassing or unlawful content, or content about a person without their consent;
- misstate your identity, audience size, rates or results on a public profile;
- use the enquiry form, comments or messages to spam or deceive;
- email people through the newsletter feature who have not agreed to hear from you, or ignore their requests to unsubscribe;
- access, probe or disrupt accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or bypass limits, rate limits or security;
- scrape the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload malware, or use automated means to overload the service;
- use MakerFlow in a way that breaches a connected platform’s terms.
We may review public profiles and content, and unpublish or remove anything that breaks these terms or the law.
AI-generated content
- AI features generate text using third-party language models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or similar to other people’s output. It is a starting point, not advice. Check it before you rely on it or publish it.
- AI output is not professional legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
- You are responsible for what you publish or send, including anything AI helped write. We do not guarantee that output is unique or free of third-party rights.
- As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of the output you generate for your workspace.
- Your prompts and the context for the feature are sent to AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not enter sensitive personal data.
Public profiles and enquiries
The directory and public profiles let brands find creators and send enquiries. MakerFlow is a platform only: any deal is between the brand and the creator. We are not a party to it, we do not hold or guarantee payments between them, and we do not guarantee any creator’s results or any brand’s intentions. Numbers and badges shown on a profile reflect data from connected accounts or our review at the time; they are not an endorsement.
Suspension and termination
- You can stop using MakerFlow at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, if needed to protect the service or others, or to comply with a legal request. Where reasonable we will tell you why.
- Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability and governing law) survive termination.
Disclaimers and liability
MakerFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for outages or changes at the platforms and providers it depends on.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, audience or data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or nothing, if you use only the Free plan). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law.
You agree to compensate us for losses arising from your content or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell you in the product or by email. Using MakerFlow after a change means you accept it.
