Refund and Cancellation Policy

How cancelling a plan works and when we refund. Paid plans are not yet open for purchase, and this page says clearly what that means for you.

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Where billing stands today

  • Paid plans cannot be bought yet. Online payments are not enabled until our payment integration (planned with Razorpay) is live. Nobody is being charged by MakerFlow today.
  • The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
  • Paid plans (Creator and Creator Pro) and their prices in Indian rupees are shown on the pricing page. This policy will apply from the day payments are enabled, and we will update this page if the process changes.

Cancelling a paid plan

Paid plans are not available yet. When they are, you can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing support@makerflow.in.

  • Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep the paid plan’s features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • After that your workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept, but Free plan limits apply (for example the number of social accounts you can connect and the monthly AI credit allowance).
  • Monthly AI credits belong to the billing period they were given for and do not carry over.

Refunds

Our policy: monthly plans are not refundable and can be cancelled at any time, with effect at the end of the current billing period; annual plans can be refunded within 7 days of the first purchase, but only if less than 20% of that period's AI credits have been used.

When a refund is issued, your access to paid features ends.

Where we approve a refund, it is returned to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Outside the cases above, cancelling a plan does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@makerflow.in from the address on your MakerFlow account with:

  • the email address of your account;
  • the date and amount of the payment, and the payment or invoice reference;
  • the reason for your request.

We will reply with our decision.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you think you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged without getting access to your plan, email support@makerflow.in with the details above and we will investigate. You can also write to our Grievance Officer, whose details are on the contact page.
